We want you to be fully satisfied with your olfactory journey, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused Memo Paris products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been unsealed or sprayed.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our fragrance concierge via the online portal or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unopened item in its original box and protective shipping carton to ensure the delicate glass bottle remains secure during transit.
Ship Your Return
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects the item for its original seal, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
